Product information
The products offered on this site are always available for a set time, visible on the product page. The items purchased are produced after our offices have received the order and after the sales period has ended. This is the best way we know to offer quality knitwear at excellent prices. Should an order be postponed, the client will be immediately informed. In the event that it is not possible to produce the items ordered due to an insufficient number of orders or production-related issues, the client will be informed by email, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full. All products are fully described in the pertinent product page; we encourage our clients to carefully check all information supplied. It is our intention to provide only the best photos and descriptions, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the colors and details shown in the photos will be identical to the item purchased. Minor differences are possible, due to the monitor and/or Internet browser used or to techniques employed when shooting the photos.

All prices on this website, payments and order receipts are expressed in Pounds (£). For more accurate information, please contact our customer service at customerservice@maisoncashmere.co.uk.
Definitions
a) “Site” refers to this cashmere knitwear e-commerce website, maisoncashmere.co.uk.
b) “Client” refers to the individual (physical or juridical) who makes a purchase and, in doing so, accepts these terms and conditions.
c) “Order” refers the form that the Client completes to request the goods on sale through this Site.
d) “Product” refers items on sale on this Site, guaranteed by these Terms and Conditions.
e) “Price” is the sum to deposit in order to purchase the goods here offered.
f) “Contract” is the distance agreement which purpose is the sale of the Products here offered.
1) TERMS OF SALE
1.1. All Products on sale are governed by the terms here indicated and published on this Site at the time of purchase. By ordering said Products, you unconditionally accept the present sales conditions which will remain unvaried unless modified and/or complemented by MAISONCASHMERE SRL SOCIETA BENEFIT. Any future modification or variation will be published on this Site and will apply to all sales made from that date onwards.
1.2. A Contract is to be considered legal and binding for both parties once a confirmation of Order is sent to the Client’s email address, indicated by said Client at the time of purchase.
1.3. The Client may cancel their Order at any time without incurring any fees, provided the Products have not yet been shipped. However, if the Products are personalized or custom-made, cancellation and/or modifications is not permitted once production has commenced. In the event that the Order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the Client will be responsible for covering the shipping and/or return costs.
1.4. Both Prices and Products may be subject to variation without notice.
2) DELIVERY
2.1. The Products offered on this Site can be shipping worldwide. Shipping costs vary from country to country; the payment summary on the checkout page will be automatically updated to included shipping costs once the Client has entered their address and postal code.
2.2. Products will be shipped to the address indicated by the Client through courier. All information must be entered accurately. MAISONCASHMERE SRL SOCIETA BENEFIT will not be held responsible for any failed deliveries caused by the inaccuracy of the address and/or phone information provided. Any extra costs due to delivery complications in this case will be for the Client’s charge.
2.3. Delivery times may vary considerably: due to the production-upon-order model followed by this Site, Products are delivered in 3 to 15 business days on average, but can take as long as 6 weeks. The delivery time indicated on the Product pages are to be considered approximate and not strictly binding for MAISONCASHMERE SRL SOCIETA BENEFIT. MaisonCashmere, however, provides the Client with the means to monitor their order status through their account.
2.4. From the moment the goods leave our warehouse, the Client is responsible for checking the products delivery at the shipping address monitoring the tracking number received by email. In the event of loss, the company will refund the Client or proceed to a new shipment.
2.5. In case part or all of the Order should not be available for delivery, MAISONCASHMERE SRL SOCIETA BENEFIT will proceed to a partial delivery (after having informed the Client) and will refund the residual value of the Order.
3) CLIENT OBBLIGATIONS
3.1. The Client declares as follows:
a) that he/she is a consumer in accordance with Art. 3 of the European Consumer Code;
b) that he/she is 18 years or older of age;
c) that the data entered in this site is accurate and truthful.
3.2. The Client will pay the full Price of the purchased Products and keep a copy of the confirmation of Order sent by MAISONCASHMERE SRL SOCIETA BENEFIT to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
4) PAYMENT
4.1. The total sum of the Products purchased must be paid in full via credit card. We accept payment using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Using a credit o prepaid card for online purchases is safe and practical. All such payments will be managed by Stripe, thus MaisonCashmere will never be in possession of their Clients’ credit card information.
5) FORCE MAJEURE
5.1. Neither party may not be held responsible in case of a delay in the fulfillment of their duties, if said delay is due to force majeure circumstances. The party concerned has the right to an extension of the terms necessary for the fulfillment their duties.
6) COPYRIGHT BRAND AND PHOTOS
6.1. All brands and logos present on this Site are property of MAISONCASHMERE SRL SOCIETA BENEFIT.
6.2. Unauthorized use or distribution of the above by third parties is expressly forbidden.
6.3. All contents included this Site are protected by copyright (text, graphics and photos).
7) RETURNS RIGHTS
7.1. All sale of Products online are regulated by Art. 50e ss and 64e ss of European Law 206/2005, providing for the right to recede from the Contract, allowing the consumer to return the items purchased and receive a full refund, within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The return period is extended to 60 days for all orders placed through account.
7.2. The Client may exercise said right by sending us a notice through their account or by email, specifying the Order number indicated on the confirmation of purchase received.
7.3. The Client will not have the right to recede from the Contract, in accordance with Art. 55 of the European Consumer Code, in the following cases:
a) the items received are personalized or custom made;
b) the items are not returned in their original package;
c) the items are missing their original tags and labels;
d) the items have been used or damaged by the Client.
7.4. If once the products are delivered the Client is not satisfied, he/she may contact the Customer Service of MAISONCASHMERE SRL SOCIETA BENEFIT to ask for replacement, refund or repair.
Shipping costs of the items already worn will be always at the Client’s charge and damages due to use will be repaired at a fair price.
8) RETURNS POLICY
8.1. The Client may return an item within fourteen (14) days if receipt by contacting our customer service or sending a request through their account. The return period is extended to 60 days for all orders placed through account.
8.2. Once a return request is opened, the Client will have 30 days to send the items back or arrange for their pick-up through our express courier service. In either case, the postmark will serve as proof that the items were shipped within the required date.
8.3. For orders under 100 Pounds (£), return shipment will be at the Client's expense. For orders over 100 Pounds (£), return shipping will be free for colour/size exchanges, partial refunds, and returns for store credit only. Should the Client return an entire order for a refund, return shipping will be for the Client's charge.In this case, the Client may use our express courier pick-up service at an extra cost of 7 Pounds (£), which will be deducted from the refund.
8.4. All returns must be addressed to:

8.5. Products must be returned in their original state (and not used nor damaged by the Client), allowing it to be resold once it has been returned. In case of visible damage caused by the Client, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the Client’s refund. Moreover, all risk associated to transit are for the Client’s charge.
8.6. In case of a second return request for the same order, return shipping will always be at the Client's expense. The second return must be requested within 14 days of delivery, regardless of whether the order was placed as a guest or through an account.
8.7. Refunds will be given within thirty (30) days of delivery of the items to the address provided to the Client and will be made through credit card or bank transfer. The refund includes the Price of the returned Product. Shipping costs will not be included.
8.8. Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to.
9) GIFT CARDS
9.1. Gift Cards (both physical and virtual) are available exclusively for online purchase on MaisonCashmere.co.uk.
9.2. Gift Cards do not have an expiration date, can be used for one or more orders, and are also valid for purchases exceeding their amount.
9.3. Purchases made with Gift Cards must use the same currency and be made on the same online store where the card was issued. The currency cannot be changed after purchase.
9.4. The Virtual Gift Card code will be sent only to the email address specified at the time of purchase. MAISONCASHMERE SRL SOCIETA BENEFIT is not responsible for sending to incorrect or incomplete email addresses provided by the buyer. However, we can retrieve and resend the code upon request. The Virtual Gift Card will be sent immediately after the purchase is completed or, if specified, on the date chosen at the time of purchase.
9.5. The Physical Gift Card code will be sent exclusively to the address provided at the time of purchase via express courier. MAISONCASHMERE SRL SOCIETA BENEFIT is not responsible for delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. In case of loss of the Physical Gift Card, it is necessary to promptly contact customer service to cancel the code and generate a new one.
9.6. Gift Card codes can be combined with other credits (such as MaisonCashmere points), but not with other Gift Card codes.
9.7. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards and cannot be converted into money or credit. The customer can request a refund for the unused Gift Card within 14 days of purchase.
9.8. Orders paid with Gift Cards can be returned; the amount corresponding to the returned goods will be credited back to the Gift Card.
9.9. For return requests with a refund to a Gift Card, it is possible to cancel the request and request a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of issuing the Gift Card code, provided that the code has not been used. In case of return of a purchase made with a refund to a Gift Card, the amount will be credited back to the Gift Card and cannot be converted into money.
9.10. MAISONCASHMERE SRL SOCIETA BENEFIT reserves the right to refuse orders made with Gift Cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.
10) DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONS
10.1. MaisonCashmere will offer a 5% welcome discount upon registration of an account. Said discount is offered on a year-round basis and will be added automatically to the Client's first applicable order as a registered customer.
10.2. Throughout the year, other limited promotions may be offered. These promotions will be clearly advertised on the Site.
0.3. Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise advertised.
11) PRIVACY
11.1. All data provided by the Client, necessary to fulfilling their Order, will be processed in accordance with European Privacy Law GDPR. For further information please read our “Privacy Policy”.

13.1. The reviews on MaisonCashmere are verified and collected exclusively from customers who have completed a purchase through our online store. 14) COMPETENT COURT
14.1. The present Contract is subject to European Law. In case of controversy, the competent court is the Milan Courthouse.
